Dear Netload customer,
as you might have noticed, some of our users have experienced problems for about eight hours on the 9th of september. This problem was cause by a downtime of our database server.
We wan't to apologize profusely for this unsatisfying situation. We have, of course, immediately taken actions to prevent this for future situations.
As an apology for this situation and as a compensation we have added two bonus days of premium service to your netload account.
Anyhow, we are very proud that our service is getting more and more popular and growing every day and we want to thank you as a loyal customer.
This on the other hand lead to some bottlenecks that we couldn't foresee and impacted several users with low bandwidth or other temporary problems like not being able to login.
Please be assured that we are constantly working on our system to give you the best service and support possible. This morning we have solved the log-in and the bandwidth problems.

Finally we want to inform you that we are working on a new Version of Netload with a very high priority.
This version, which will be released by the end of 2010, will be much more reliable and will have a much higher performance combined with a brand new design and user experience.
Additionally we have listened very carefully what our loyal customers had to say and analyzed the requests being sent to our support-team.
By that we hope that we have been able to add a lot of additional features to our service and optimize some behavior of our system.
