I can't help with subtitles but I doubt you'll find some that match the dubbing word for word unless they are "fan-made". Most of the time subtitles don't even match the spoken word in the original language (e.g. English spoken/English subs). Most of the time, the written word wouldn't fit the screen or time the actor speaking is on screen, so words are changed.
